Each piece of Blue or Value-Line paneling has our unique tongue-n-groove design on the ends of the paneling boards as well as the length. With our end-matched paneling or siding there's no need to butt joints on a stud for nailing. Just let the paneling run wild past a stud and the next piece interlocks in place! This significantly reduces the amount of measuring and cutting in each job. The results are 15-20% labor savings and up to 20% less material waste. Each piece of paneling is 3/4" thick and has been carefully defected at our production mill for loose knots or cracks. Cottage Grade does not have the End-matched Ends.

What is our Value Line Grade Paneling???

To insure you receive a premium product we look at every piece of paneling we make and cut out the natural imperfections in the wood. This process is called “defecting” and it leaves us with some very nice random lengths of paneling. The shorter lengths are blended with longer lengths to create our Value Line grade paneling. Value Line grade paneling is sometimes perceived to be all short lengths but this is not so! The majority of the lengths in Value Line grade will be between 8’ and 3’ but will contain some lengths as short as 1'. We win when you buy our Value Line grade product because you are helping us move some of our shorter lengths that we generate from our defecting process. You win because our discounted price on Value Line grade is so low you are getting almost half of your order for free! A premium product for a low price, that’s value! Available in 6" & 8" sizes only. Value-Line is also available in clear prefinished for great savings!

What is our Blue Paneling???

The Blue Paneling is just like our standard run paneling, but contains boards that have a blue or gray streak in them. This product is heavily desired for a lot of folks who will pay a premium for it. Please keep in mind that the blue paneling is a seasonal product and quite often will run low or out in winter and usually available again in mid-summer through the fall. We stock and sell as the product becomes available to us by our defecting process and we sell at deep discounts! Available in 4",5", & 6" sizes.

We also offer the BLUE Paneling in Prefinished Clear!

What is our Cottage Grade Paneling???

Cottage Grade Paneling - This is a great pine paneling product that can cover walls or ceilings in a hurry very inexpensively. This product does not have our End-Matched ends as they are rough cut ends. The majority are 8′ and longer (96-100″), but there will be some 3′, 4′ and 5′ pieces mixed in, but again a high percentage of 8 footers. It may also contain Blue Stain or Coffee Stain in the wood that gives it a really unique rustic character. There may also be the occasional knot missing in the boards. You will be pleasantly surprised at the quality of this paneling!
This is a great product for garages, sheds or even to complete a rustic theme in a living room or basement! Who needs drywall with products like this at $1.15 a square foot.

Shipping Details

Shipping
is provided by Fed-Ex Freightways. Our company ships large quantities daily with each carrier and our shipping discounts are passed on to you the customer! For orders in excess of 1500 sq. ft., we have our own delivery service that may be the more economical choice. Please call for more info and a detailed pricing quote. (800-818-9971)

Each order
that is shipped by Fed-Ex takes about 2-3 weeks to have your paneling pulled, packaged & then shipped. You will be provided with a tracking number at shipment so that you can get an idea of when your shipment will be arriving.

How will my order arrive? IMPORTANT!!!
Freight Shipments are delivered by small enclosed semi-trucks to the end of your driveway at roadside. If your street/driveway is winding through the woods, not snow plowed or is inaccessible for the freight truck, your delivery might be to the nearest point of access. You can also set up off-loading with a local lumber yard in some cases. Another option is to pick your package(s) up at the local Fed-Ex Terminal by pick-up truck or trailer.

You must be able to off-load the material YOURSELF in a timely manner (15 minutes) and would require that you have adequate/able bodies on-hand (2-3) to hand unload if a fork lift was not available at your delivery location.

THERE ARE NO LIFT_GATES AVAILABLE ON THESE TRUCKS!!!

The drivers have many other destinations, so your cooperation is very helpful.

1/4 Unit Package Sizes

The 220-225 square foot packages on their own weigh approximately 495 lbs. each and are 9' long.
Packages over the 220-225 sq. ft. will still be 9' long, but will be larger and the width will never exceed 48".

Once "Multiple 1/4 Unit Packages" are purchased together on the same order, the packages will be combined together to make one single package. Up to 4 quarter units will be combined into a one full unit pallet. The same grouping for purchases in excess of 5 or more 1/4 units will occur. Once 4 of the 5 units are combined to make a full unit, the excess/extra 1/4 units will be packaged on their own or combined as described below.

(Example 1): Say (8), 1/4 units were purchased together. These would be combined into 2 full units of 4 each that will look like the image below.

(Example 2): Say (Six), 1/4 units were purchased together. Then (4) of the (Six) 1/4 units on the total order would be combined into 1 full unit pallet of 4. Then, the remaining 2 packages on the order, would be combined to make a separate 1/2 unit pallet.

So, all packages (1/4 unit on up to a full unit of 4) will fit into the back of a standard pick-up truck with room between the wheel wells. Keep in mind the weight that your pick-up truck, fork-lift or trailer can handle for your size load if you are transporting these units. (Possibly picking up at the freight carriers terminal?)

(1) 1/4 unit weighs 495 lbs. including packaging for freight.
(2) 1/4 units weigh 884 lbs. including packaging for freight.
(3) 1/4 units weigh 1,296 lbs. including packaging for freight.
(4) 1/4 units (1 full unit) weighs 1650-1800 lbs. including packaging for freight.
***These weights are approximate***

A full unit, which consists of (4) of the 220-225 sq. ft. (1/4 unit) packages would weigh between 1650-1800 lbs. and would measure approximately 9' long x 48" wide x 32-36" high.
Pictured below are (2) full units ready for shipping.
