Here's the answer for finishing off the outside corner of your log siding project.
Made with a notch cut from the back side which mounts to your corner and has flat faces engineered on each side to accept your log siding with a clean butt joint. Just finish off with a bead of caulk to keep out moisture.
Each are just under a 6" Diameter.

when using our quarter log siding! Basically it's a standard square 3 x 3 with one edge rounded over which makes for a clean visible edge that matches up well to your log siding. Finish off with some Sikkens Stain and a bead off caulk.
